FLAGKEEPERS is a North San Diego County custom flag display service. Our flag rental program is designed to provide your event with a custom flag display of your choosing. Each event is a unique setting and demands specific requirements. Our goal, is to provide a flag display package that will fully satisfy your requirements for the event.

Richard Dinse

About Richard Dinse

Mr. Dinse lives in Oceanside, California. He is a retired Marine Master Sergeant. He served in Viet Nam as a helicopter door gunner with HMH-463 from May 1968 through July 1969. Other duties while in Corps included a tour as a Drill Instructor at Parris Island and as a Marine Security Guard at the American Embassy in Reykjavik, Iceland and Lisbon, Portugal. Mr. Dinse's wife, Betty, is a retired Army Reservist Sergeant First Class. Betty served in Europe and Kuwait from 2002 to 2003 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

About Don Robbins

Don Robbins retired from the Marine Corps in 1992 as a Master Gunnery Sergeant and went on to become the Security Manager for Marine Corps Installations West. He served in Vietnam as a rifleman with Lima Co, 3/9 and Oscar Co, 3rd CAG from October 1967 through November 1968. He was wounded on June 16, 1968 and received the Purple Heart Medal. Don also served a tour on the drill field at MCRD, San Diego as a Drill Instructor, Senior Drill Instructor, Series Gunnery Sergeant and a tour on the instructor Staff at Drill Instructors School. Don and his family reside in Oceanside, California.
